Reports say the boat was carrying 15 people when it sank on Friday night, about 14 nautical miles off the coast of Zarzis. Only one person was rescued, while authorities are still searching for three others believed to be missing at sea.
Tunisian security officials said search and rescue operations are continuing as authorities work to locate the missing migrants and recover the bodies of those who lost their lives in the incident.
